A deposit will be required to book your appointment.

 

Your deposit will then be deducted from the total treatment price.

 

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice to re-arrange or cancel your appointment, this is so we can offer your time slot to someone else, failure to do so will result in you losing your deposit.

 

All cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of your treatment cost.

If you are late for your appointment, your treatment time may be reduced and the full price of the treatment must still be paid.

 

If you are too late for us to complete the treatment then you will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.

 

If you have purchased a package and do not cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice then you will be charged a fee of £25.

 

We are understanding people here at Clever Contours and know that life often gets in the way of appointments so we will always do our very best to help where we can and accommodate any changes, cancellations or lateness.
