We do not offer refunds on products.  However, if you have concerns about a product you've purchased, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to address your issue.


We understand that preferences may vary, and sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer exchanges for unopened products. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The product must be unopened and in its original packaging.

  2. The exchange request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

  3. Exchanges must be made in person at our clinic and cannot be processed by mail.

How to Exchange:

To exchange an unopened product, please visit our clinic during business hours and present your original proof of purchase. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable replacement product.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products due to health and safety reasons.
