Returns:
We do not offer refunds on products. However, if you have concerns about a product you've purchased, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to address your issue.

Exchanges:
We understand that preferences may vary, and sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we offer exchanges for unopened products. To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The exchange request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase.

Exchanges must be made in person at our clinic and cannot be processed by mail.
