At Clever Contours, we take what we do seriously, but ourselves? Not so much! We're a close-knit team who genuinely love what we do, combining expertise, experience and a healthy dose of humour. We're passionate about delivering exceptional treatments and looking after our clients, but we're equally happy making complete fools of ourselves in our daft social media videos. Professional when it matters, ridiculous when it doesn't!
Clinic Director
Jo Minchin
Our clinic founder, Jo, specialises in advanced non-surgical facelifts and all things skin. With over nine years of HIFU experience and hundreds of beautifully sculpted jawlines to her name, she has built a reputation for her expertise and results.
Skin is her passion, from advanced treatments to bespoke facials, and her monthly Facial Club is something she particularly loves. For Jo, nothing is more rewarding than transforming skin, restoring facial contours and giving clients renewed confidence. She takes enormous pride in the trust and loyalty of her clients, many of whom have been with her for years.
When she's not in the clinic, you'll usually find her travelling the globe or indulging her other passion, interior design.
Clinic Manager
Charlotte Clarke
Charlotte is the mainstay of our clinic, keeping everything running smoothly and making sure every client feels completely at ease. As our lead laser technician, she loves seeing the results of laser hair removal and is equally passionate about body contouring. More recently, she's developed a real love for skin treatments and facials, adding another string to her bow.
With her calm, caring nature and attention to detail, Charlotte has a wonderful way of making everyone feel comfortable, confident and genuinely looked after.
Outside the clinic, life is just as busy with two gorgeous children (and another on the way!)
You'll find her at Marple Cricket Club cheering on her husband during the summer and winter weekends supporting Stockport County with the family.
Massage & Beauty Specialist
Beth Walton
Beth is our resident pocket rocket! She might be small, but she's certainly mighty, and has built something of a cult following amongst her loyal clients.
Massage is where Beth really shines, from bespoke full body treatments tailored to each client's preferred pressure to Manual Lymphatic Drainage incorporating Brazilian Wood Therapy. She has a real talent for knowing exactly what her clients need, whether that's deep relaxation, a little rejuvenation or some serious work on those stubborn knots.
When she's not working her magic in the clinic, Beth is busy renovating her newly purchased home with her fiancé. She loves eating out and is never one to turn down a good glass of wine or a cocktail!
Nurse Prescriber
Sarah Bickley
Sarah Bickley is our resident Nurse Prescriber, running her own independent aesthetics business from Clever Contours. Alongside this, she has enjoyed a career in the NHS spanning more than 20 years, bringing a wealth of clinical knowledge and experience to everything she does.
As an advanced aesthetics practitioner, Sarah is passionate about helping people look and feel their best, always favouring subtle, natural enhancements. She shares our ‘less is more’ philosophy, believing the best results are often the ones nobody can quite put their finger on.
Away from the clinic and her NHS career, Sarah is a busy mum to three girls and two cats. And when she finally gets a moment to herself, she's rather partial to a cheeky glass of Prosecco or wine at the weekend!
